Interview: Travis Porter “The Black White Boy”

For months, I’ve been hearing this buzz surrounding this group called Travis Porter. It seemed like no matter where I went, somebody was always asking me about Travis Porter. And like most people, I’ve asked ‘who is Travis Porter?’ But on this cloudy, warm, sticky, and just humid day in Atlanta, I had the opportunity to get a real glimpse inside the minds of this trio. They were fresh off the road from a show the night before in Fayetteville. They were stuffing cases with their mix tapes I’m a Differenter. They didn’t seem like the animated group that you can find on YouTube with their Sex Education, Black Boy White Boy, or the crowd pleasers in I’m a Differenter. However, before I knew it, the live animations, silly, and goofy personas began to resurrect. I was soon to find out exactly who Travis Porter was. Here’s what happened:
